• Maintain project-wise accounts and financial records at the Mymensingh Project Office.
• Prepare and maintain daily accounting vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documents.
• Manage project expenses, petty cash, cash transactions, and advance adjustments.
• Verify bills, invoices, and payment documents related to project operations.
• Maintain supplier, subcontractor, and project-related accounts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project-wise expense reports.
• Coordinate with the Project Team, Procurement, Store, and Corporate Accounts Department.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliation as required.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and internal control procedures.
• Perform other accounts-related responsibilities assigned by management.

• Experience: 2-4 years
• Education:
• Skills: back office operations, accounting, basic accounting, administrative tasks, basic accounting knowledge, accounts reconciliation, finance management, management accounting, simply accounting
