Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager - Sales

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business relationships with OEMs and Tier-1 automotive customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate revenue growth.
• Handle RFQs, quotations, price negotiations, and contract discussions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution of customer requirements.
• Monitor sales forecasts, customer schedules, and market trends.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management.
• Prepare MIS reports, sales analysis, and business presentations.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Business Management.
• 5-12 years of sales experience in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry.
• Experience dealing with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or Korean automotive companies preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
