Executive/ Sr. Executive

Accounts Receivable : The role is responsible for managing end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations, Accounts Receivable book closure, revenue accounting, revenue assurance, invoicing, collections support, cash application, unbilled revenue accounting, reconciliations, and monthly financial close activities. The position ensures accurate revenue recognition, timely billing, clean AR reporting, strong control compliance, and reliable management reporting across entities and customers. • 3-7 years of strong experience of Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, revenue accounting, collections, cash application, and month-end close processes. • Good knowledge of revenue recognition, unbilled revenue accounting, intercompany billing, accruals, reversals, and reconciliations. • Ability to review contracts, SOWs, billing terms, pricing sheets, and customer requirements for invoicing accuracy. • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, lookups, reconciliations, variance analysis, and tracker maintenance. • Working knowledge of ERP/accounting systems such as Dynamics 365, QuickBooks, Tally. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
