• Handle time-to-time document submissions in the Nirapon safety portal.
• Prepare, implement, and monitor corrective action plans within the portal.
• Design training calendars and plans, and actively conduct safety training sessions.
• Maintain and update all Nirapon safety legal documents for the monitoring team.
• Act as the lead manager for the internal Nirapon safety monitoring team.
• Monitor all structural, electrical, and fire safety issues, ensuring execution and rectification as required.
• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, ILO standards, and buyer COC and the Company policies.
• Able to face various types of Compliance audits (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, BWB, SCAN & NIRAPON).
• Any other task assigned by the management.

• Experience: 3+ years
• Education:
• Skills: construction safety, health and safety compliance, safety & compliance engineering, safety culture development, safety committee coordination, safety management, safetymanagement, responsibilities, safety management systems
