What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with customers.
- Keeping clients informed of shipment status, exceptions and delays.
- Maintenance of customer files.
- Handling of general enquiries relating to rates and services.
- Handling sea/air export and import quotation /documentation / booking containers /LCL shipment /arranging vehicle/preparing BL/ INVOICE for clients /agent nomination /sales team and up to closing of jobs.
Preferred candidate profile
- Sound knowledge and previous experience in freight forwarding industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Demonstrates high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
