Executive / Sr. Executive - Front Office

• Manage front desk operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and enquiry handling.
• Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the hospital management system.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and departments for smooth patient flow.
• Handle billing, cash collection, and provide receipts as per hospital protocols.
• Address patient queries, complaints, and ensure high standards of customer service.
• Supervise front office staff and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor daily reports related to appointments, billing, and cash reconciliation.
• Ensure cleanliness, order, and professional appearance of the reception area.
• One must have complete knowledge of the Purnank software.

Pay: ₹8,800.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
