Executive/ Sr Executive - HR Operations (1 Year Fixed Term Contract)

Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding of new hires for Noida, Dadri and Greater Noida.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per the onboarding checklist and flag gaps for timely closure.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely Darwinbox activation and onboarding completion.
• Support Corporate HR projects and initiatives, ensuring activities are completed within defined timelines.
• Support employee engagement activities and related HR initiatives.
• Act as second-line HRBP support for Noida, Dadri, Greater Noida and allied functions, as required.
• Coordinate with HRBPs for document deficiencies and BGV closures, ensuring timely completion.
