Executive / Sr. Executive - Import Operations

Key Responsibilities

• • Handle Import IGM filing accurately and within timelines.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines for Delivery Order (DO) release.
  • Manage complete import shipment documentation to ensure smooth clearance and delivery.
  • Provide timely shipment status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Process DO/IGM through ODeX and other shipping line/carrier portals.
  • Follow up with shipping lines, customers, transporters, and internal teams for shipment closure.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with import procedures.

Candidate Profile

• • Hands-on experience in Import Operations / Freight Forwarding.
  • Good knowledge of IGM filing, DO release, and import documentation.
  • Working knowledge of ODeX and shipping line portals.
  • Good coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
