Executive/ Sr Executive - Maintenance

Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of process and utility equipment.
• Maintain reactors, pumps, ATFD, vacuum systems, cooling towers, boilers, refrigeration plants, thermic fluid heaters, blowers, and conveyors.
• Manage spare inventory, maintenance planning, and CAPEX activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and ISO standards.
• Monitor maintenance costs, equipment performance, and energy efficiency.
• Maintain maintenance records and update SAP/CMMS systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• BE Mechanical with 6-10 years of experience in Chemical, API, or Pharma manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on maintenance experience in process and utility equipment.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, shutdowns, spare management, and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to SAP/maintenance software and statutory compliance.
• Good communication, teamwork, and safety orientation.
