Executive/ Sr. Executive - Sales

Job summary

The Executive - Retail Sales will be responsible for acquiring and managing retail & SME customers for BVC Logistics. The role includes field sales, customer relationship management, and driving adoption of the company wallet system for smooth customer transactions.

Role & responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and develop new business opportunities within the retail and SME segments.
• Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings, and market mapping within the assigned territory.
• Promote and drive the onboarding and active usage of the BVC Wallet among retail customers.
• Assist customers with wallet registration, activation, recharge, and transaction-related queries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with Operations and Customer Support teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline
• 14 years of experience in retail sales, field sales, logistics, courier, banking, or fintech sales
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Knowledge of local market preferred
