Key Responsibilities

• Quoting rates to customers
• Negotiation with shippers, carriers, vendors, etc.
• Prepare and verify export documents (MBL/HBL, Invoice, Packing List, SI, BL)
• Coordinate with shipping lines for draft BL, corrections, and final BL release
• Booking, vessel schedules, cut-offs, and cargo movement
• Coordinate with internal & external teams
• Ensure timely updates and smooth shipment execution
