Executive Store

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the concerned teams for replenishment.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with system records.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and wastage.
• Maintain proper documentation for all store transactions.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Operations, Kitchen/Production, and Finance teams as required.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed wherever applicable.
• Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper rotation of stock.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the store.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports and MIS.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and inventory control procedures.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position
• 6 days working
• Shift-based work as per business requirements

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
