What they need
Track inward and outward movement of materials, goods, and spares.
Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile them with system records (ERP).
Inspect incoming deliveries against purchase orders (POs) and delivery challans for quality and quantity.
Issue materials to respective departments or production floors based on approved requisitions.
Prepare gate passes, bin cards, and dispatch logs.
Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free storage layouts (utilizing methods like FIFO).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly consumption and stock reports for management.
Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams for timely deliveries and discrepancy resolution.
Education: Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Usually 2 to 6 years in storekeeping, inventory control, or supervisory retail roles
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP software
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
