Executive, Strategic Procurement

Job Summary

Focuses on consolidating demand and combining volumes across participating entities to capture improved pricing and value, while driving operational procurement efficiency and ensuring reliable supply of goods and services.

Job Responsibilities

A. Financial

1. Execute sourcing and purchasing activities to deliver the cost-savings targets set within the approved procurement strategy.

2. Consolidate and combine demand and volumes across shared-service entities to secure improved pricing and commercial terms.

3. Support review of supplier pricing and contracts.

B. Service

1. Support the department's procurement-system and reporting-automation initiatives.

C. People

1. Support implementation of annual development plans

2. Foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning within the shared-service team.

3. Promote staff engagement and support achievement of internal teamwork survey targets.

D. Quality

1. Support supplier qualification and periodic performance evaluations.

2. Adhere to procurement SOPs and prepare/maintain documentation to support auditreadiness at all times.

E. Safety

1. Ensure procured and stored items comply with applicable regulatory and healthcare standards (MDA, MSQH, ISO, FDA).

2. Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) following product recalls, complaints, or audit findings.

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or , equivalent
• More than 5 years experience in healthcare procurement & store
• Strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier risk analysis

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
