SomeThink BIG is looking for a Executive - Strategy & Client Servicing to join our Mumbai team.
And no, this isn’t the kind of role where you spend your first six months just making coffee and colour-coding spreadsheets.

You’ll get to see how an idea goes from:
“What if we…?” to “Let’s pitch it.” to “Client approved.” to “WE ACTUALLY MADE THAT?!”

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Helping build campaigns and brand ideas
Researching brands, audiences, competitors & trends
Brainstorming concepts, content ideas & creative solutions
Putting together presentations, moodboards & references
Getting your hands dirty with social & digital
Keeping track of timelines, feedback & deliverables
Sitting in on conversations and more importantly, contributing to them

Basically, you’ll get a front-row seat to how brand marketing actually works.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
You could be a student or recent graduate from Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Business or a related field.
But honestly, your degree matters less than your curiosity.

We’re looking for someone who:
Has opinions (and isn’t afraid to share them)
Is curious about brands, culture, people & the internet
Can spot a good idea when they see one
Knows how to research without falling into a 3-hour Wikipedia rabbit hole
Can juggle multiple things without completely losing the plot
Is detail-oriented when it matters
Is comfortable asking “Why?”, “What if?” and occasionally “Are we sure?”
Bonus points if you’re already comfortable with PowerPoint / Google Slides / Excel / Word and have a decent understanding of social media and digital content.

WHAT YOU’LL GET:
A crash course in how advertising works for real.
You’ll work with Strategy, Account Management, Creative, Design & Production, get exposure to live campaigns, understand the end-to-end process, build your portfolio and, hopefully, figure out what kind of creative brain you have.

This is a beginner role with potential for a full-time opportunity, depending on performance, business requirements and fit.
