Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate student records in the Educational Management Extension (EMX) system, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Coordinate student enrolment, programme registration, subject registration, and related administrative processes across multiple intakes and academic semesters.
• Verify student information and academic results to ensure eligibility and compliance with programme entry requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records across digital systems and physical files to support effective academic administration and student services.
• Liaise with academic departments to coordinate programme, subject, and student-related matters.
• Generate reports, official documents, and correspondence to support operational and academic requirements.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any fields of studies.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the education industry, preferably in the Registry department.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact and work with individuals at all levels.
• High integrity and ethical standards.
