Job Summary:
We are looking for a Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities, vendor coordination, sourcing, negotiations, and timely delivery of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement for IT, branding, office supplies, consumables, uniforms, and project requirements.
• Identify and evaluate vendors to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to achieve cost savings.
• Manage the complete vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and relationship management.
• Handle and streamline Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, ensuring timely processing and payments.
• Coordinate with IT, Marketing, Admin, and Operations teams to understand and fulfill procurement requirements.
• Monitor inventory and consumption to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, audit requirements, and documentation standards.
• Track procurement metrics such as cost savings, vendor performance, and order cycle time.
• Manage multiple vendors simultaneously, from sourcing through final delivery.
• Support event and project-based procurement, ensuring timely availability of materials and services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement/purchasing.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, and sourcing skills.
• Good understanding of P2P and procurement processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and vendors within tight deadlines.
• Experience in healthcare/telehealth or corporate procurement will be an added advantage.
