Executive Support Supervisor

• Provides support to the Group COO and VP for Operations and Special Projects.
• Prepares, consolidates, and analyzes reports requested by the Office of the President, and Office of the Group COO.
• Assists in overseeing a range of Group COO-led initiatives.
• Drafts letters, memos, etc... on behalf of the Group COO.
• Assists in the continuous updating of the LausGroup Policies and Procedures Manual.
• Prepares presentations for internal meetings, trainings, and seminars.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Business Management, Banking and Finance, Financial Management, Accountancy, Accounting, or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in business operations, finance, and/or accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
• Ability to present oral material, & communicate in writing, in a fluent and logical manner to a range of audiences.

Experience:

• Operations/Accounting: 4 years (Preferred)
