Executive - System & Process Assurance

The Role

You will be assisting in meeting set productivity and efficiency level by ensuring compliance at our manufacturing plants. Besides dealing with the challenges that come along with this portfolio, you will also experience and contribute to our dynamic working culture. Your responsibilities will require you to communicate extensively with various stakeholders from both internally within the Company or group of companies and externally with our business partners.

Below is a synopsis of your job function:

• Developing training material, signage, and SOPs to improve production operations.
• Coordinate and manage activities related to compliance.
• Implementing corrective action plans and monitoring the progress for improvement.
• Ensuring quality, safety, health and environmental measures are implemented in the production lines.

Requirements:

Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, or other related field from recognised university or

Experience:

• Prior experience working at manufacturing line will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

Knowledge & Skill:

• Proficient in MS Office applications - PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and / or ISO 45001 will be advantageous.
• Excellent time management and organisation skills, meticulous and delivers quality work.

Personal trait:

• Able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging yet fun environment.
• A highly motivated individual who is willing to take initiatives and follow up with details.
