This is a 6-month contract role, ideal for someone looking to make a strong impact quickly, sharpen their end-to-end recruitment expertise, and be part of a dynamic, high-performing People team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process — from job posting and candidate sourcing to screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
• Get creative with sourcing — tapping into job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, and beyond to uncover great talent.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to build recruitment strategies that keep pace with CARSOME's evolving business needs.
• Collaborate on crafting compelling, accurate job descriptions that attract the right candidates for the right roles.
• Champion an outstanding candidate experience — making every touchpoint, from first contact to onboarding, smooth, memorable, and professional.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar recruitment role.
• Hands-on familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• A solid grasp of recruitment best practices and a genuine interest in people and hiring.
• Mass hiring experience is a strong plus.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with strong prioritization skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a drive to deliver results.
