Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Executive - Talent Acquisition to support the organization's recruitment activities across manufacturing plants and corporate functions. The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

The role requires strong recruitment coordination skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and exposure to hiring for manufacturing, engineering, technical, and support functions. The position is based in Mumbai and may require occasional travel to plant locations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for junior to middle-level positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, consultants, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate assessments.
• Create and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Interview Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure smooth interview processes and timely feedback collection.
• Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and hiring status.
• Support business teams in achieving recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Offer Management & Onboarding

• Facilitate salary discussions and offer rollouts.
• Coordinate pre-employment verification and documentation.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
• Track offer acceptance and joining status.

Recruitment Operations

• Maintain recruitment databases, MIS reports, and candidate records.
• Ensure accurate updates in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS platforms.
• Generate periodic recruitment reports and dashboards.

Employer Branding

• Support employer branding initiatives through social media and job fairs.
• Participate in campus recruitment drives and industry networking events.
• Promote the organization's employer value proposition to attract quality talent.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.

Experience

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience in hiring for manufacturing, engineering, industrial, automotive, renewable energy, or process industries will be preferred.
• Exposure to bulk hiring, technical recruitment, and plant hiring would be an advantage.

Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and industry standards.
