Executive - Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive TA to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations to identify the best candidates.
• Manage job postings, resumes, and applications on various platforms.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software.
