Executive, Talent Acquisition

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to job posting, talent sourcing, resume screening, interview arrangement, and all hiring process.
2. Handle HR administrative functions.
3. Participate in recruitment activities i.e. career fair, career talk, etc.
4. Support on HR management regulations and related policies of business departments based on the actual business of the department.
5. Under the guide to use the professional knowledge of the domain to coordinate related resources and carry out the work of one or several modules such as recruitment, competency and qualification, people-job matching, and organization management of business departments.
   Support the organization communication and climate improve in department.
6. Support the department Talent management, support manager to plan the talent structure and implement the talent strategy of the department, build the talent pool through the learning and training coaching the staff with manager.
7. Perform others routine HR basic operations support as when required.

Requirement：

1. Preferably at least 2 years of experience in in-house recruitment/recruitment agencies.
2. Solid hands-on experience in sourcing techniques (Boolean search) and tools (eg. LinkedIn).
3. Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting for roles in Manufacturing industry.
4. Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people of all levels and all geographical locations.
5. Active listening, negotiation and presentation skill.
6. Verbal and written communication in Malay, English and preferably Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
7. Handle other tasks assigned by superiors.
