Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
• Understand client and hiring manager requirements to ensure accurate candidate matching
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking channels
• Conduct initial screening to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients with timely follow-ups
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate records accurately
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates
• Support offer negotiation and assist in onboarding formalities

Desired Candidate Profile

• BE/BTech/ MBA HR/ Gradute graduate in any discipline
• 0 to 1 year experience in recruitment or technical hiring; freshers can apply
• Basic understanding of technical roles and IT terminologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
