Job Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a BPO/Call Centre environment.
• Strong knowledge of international recruitment practices and trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with recruitment software and tools is advantageous.
