Location: Remote – United States

Pay Rate: $65–$70/hour

Start Date: November 9, 2026

Contract Duration: 12 months (through November 8, 2027)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiting Talent Researcher to join a global technology company's Executive Recruiting team for a 12-month contract.

In this role, you will lead strategic talent research, sourcing, and engagement for Senior Director and VP-level searches globally . You will partner with executive recruiters and hiring managers to identify exceptional leadership talent, provide market intelligence, and build strong pipelines of passive candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Sourcing: Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to identify and engage Senior Director and VP-level talent across global markets.
• Talent Intelligence: Conduct talent mapping, competitive research, and market analysis to inform recruiting strategies and hiring decisions.
• Candidate Engagement: Create personalized executive outreach, build relationships with passive candidates, and maintain long-term talent pipelines.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screenings and evaluate executive-level candidates while delivering a high-touch candidate experience.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate searches, review talent pools, and provide actionable market insights.
• Search Management: Manage multiple executive searches simultaneously, adapting sourcing strategies based on feedback and recruiting metrics.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of talent research or sourcing experience, including at least 1 year supporting executive-level searches (in-house or agency).
• Proven ability to identify, engage, and nurture passive senior leadership talent.
• Experience sourcing candidates across international markets and time zones.
• Strong knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques, talent mapping, and market intelligence.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the executive presence to engage senior leaders.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate recruiting data into actionable insights.
• Highly organized, adaptable, curious, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Executive sourcing experience within high-scale technology environments , particularly platform, infrastructure, or technology services.
• Experience supporting multiple recruiters across various business functions.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Talent Insights, Thrive, Eightfold, AI sourcing tools, and talent mapping platforms .
