EXECUTIVE - TECHNICAL (CHEMIST) (REF : KW)

Roles & Responsibilities

1.Responsible for the quality control and assurance of the Company's products.
2. Responsible for maintaining the Quality System related to the Technical Department.
3. Plans and implements Quality Improvement Projects.
4. Determines, reports, and recommends corrective actions for the root causes of quality deficiencies and non conformances.
5. Designs new formulations and systems.
6. Provides technical advice on quality matters and supports customers with product usage applications when required.
7. Tests customers' finished products as and when required.
8. Coordinates with the Production Department regarding product requirements and troubleshooting.
9. Develops suitable quality procedures to minimize rejects.
10. Troubleshoots customer complaints.
11. Maintains awareness of the Quality Policy, Objectives, Risks, and their respective controls.

Requirements

✓Possess a Degree in Chemistry / Applied Science in polymers or equivalent.
✓Good written and spoken communication skills.
✓Previous experience in QC and ISO systems is an advantage, however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
✓Will be required to travel occasionally within Malaysia.
