Job Responsibilities:

• Support merchants throughout the payment gateway integration process by providing technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
• Enhance merchant support efficiency by identifying opportunities to improve processes and implement automation.
• Coordinate and manage regression testing with banks and merchants according to scheduled system changes and releases.
• Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve merchant-related issues promptly.
• Perform sanity testing to ensure system stability following system implementations, upgrades, or maintenance activities.
• Conduct functional testing within the system administration portal to validate new features and system enhancements.
• Provide technical pre-sales support to the Sales team by advising on merchant integration requirements and solutions.
• Understand and evaluate merchants' business and technical requirements, and recommend the most suitable integration or support solutions.
• Participate in special projects and carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by your immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Systems Engineering or any other equivalent qualification.
• Candidate must possess at least one (1) year of working experience in handling external customers will be preferred, especially with established merchants that have a presence in the internet payment processor arena.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic to intermediate literacy with VB.net, ASP.net and JavaScript.
• Understanding of Windows and Unix-based operating systems and the basic differences between various internet and mobile browsers (IE, Mozilla Firefox, Chrome, Safari, iOS and Android-based platform).
• Understanding of database systems such as Ms SQL. The ability to construct simple SQL statements will be preferred.
• Positive working attitude, good customer handling and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work in a dynamic environment and able to perform prioritization and multi-tasking effectively.
• Provides after-office hours or weekends support from home (by weekly rotation).
• Provides prompt responses and immediate solutions to banks or merchants.
• Working location : Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.
