Executive - Technical Support

Roles and Responsibility:

• Attending to Ship palm ship shore applicationissues and resolving them with in time frame
• Keep the vessel Ship palm status up to date (Jobs,defects, noon reports etc.).
• Ship palm data upload like Lube report, noonreport, VIR, Vessel Particulars etc.
• Train New Fleet TSI on basics of Ship palm
• Timely support to vessel for Ship palm applicationguidance.
• Audit time work (maintaining the defect reports,certificate, lube oil report, PMS jobs, Critical Spares in Ship palm.
• Check the Communication Status of ship and shorein Shipali
• Liaise with the vessel to make sure the Corrective actionof the defects is completed within the target date.
• Weekly PMS status/Defect reports status are circulated toall the respective TSIs and Fleet Manager.
• Coordinate with backend team and make them to fix theissue which are beyond my limit
• Assist resolve the issues through the Remote, mailmobile whenever needed
• Familiarization of Ship palm to respectiveSuperintendents (TSI MSI), Operations/Purchase executives.
