We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient individual to join our sales team as an Executive Technical Support. This unique role combines exceptional customer service with in-depth product knowledge and sales expertise to enhance our clients' salon experience and drive product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all salon products, with a focus on their technical specifications, ingredients, benefits, and proper application.
• Engage clients in detailed consultations to identify their specific needs and concerns, then expertly recommend and demonstrate relevant products and services to achieve their desired results.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of products and tools, showcasing proper usage and techniques to empower clients and build confidence in their purchases.
• Educate clients on product benefits, ingredients, usage instructions, and long-term hair/skin health strategies.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets for retail products.
• Continuously learn about new product launches, industry trends, and sales techniques.
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and informative experience for every client.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the beauty, retail, or a technically-focused environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively close sales.
• Knowledge of salon operations and services is a plus.
