Executive - Tele caller (Male)

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and vendors to promote company services.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
• Generate and follow up on leads through telephone calls.
• Explain services, offers, and relevant information clearly to customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.
• Maintain and update customer and lead information in CRM systems, spreadsheets, or Excel.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors and customers through regular communication.
• Record call details, follow-up status, and customer feedback accurately.
• Achieve assigned call, lead generation, and follow-up targets.
• Perform other telecalling and customer-support-related activities as assigned.

Education

• Graduate in any discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, telesales, or a related role.
• Prior experience in customer service or telecalling will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and spreadsheets.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple calls/follow-ups.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
