Responsibilities

• Attend outbound & inbound calls in courteous manner and provide excellent services to meet customer’s expectations and handle complaints effectively with confidence.
• To build customer retention rate by attending interested customers, interviewing customers and handling loan application submissions.
• To attend administrative tasks on insurance products from interview to submission including request payment.
• To perform telesales for all Insurance Product (Auto & Credit Life)
• To handle insurance claim case from receiving offer letter from insurance company to payment paid to our company.
• To promote TCAP EZ Connect app to non-app users and to increase the number of FPX transactions.
• To perform relief functions assigned during the absence of any team member

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field
• Minimum 1 -2 year of working experience in Customer Service field
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work well in a team.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply!
