Executive - Telugu Voice Process

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer calls to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process transactions, update records, and provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while performing tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
• Meet performance targets set by the organization for quality metrics like first call resolution rate, average handling time, etc.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in BPO industry or similar field (voice process).
• Proficiency in Telugu language is required.
• Strong communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
