🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 2–5+ years of relevant Real Estate Sales experience

• Proven ability in property sales, lead generation, client follow-up and deal closing

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills

• Target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving results

• Professional presentation and client-handling capabilities

• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team

• Leadership capability and team-management experience for Team Leader candidates

• Experience with CRM, MS Office and sales reporting will be an advantage
