Executive Trainer

• Sales Strategy Creation: Develop workshops and product training content to upgrade sales techniques and increase sales volume for MCs.
• Training Media Design and Development: Systematically produce slides, product manuals, demonstration videos, checklists, and evaluation forms.
• MC Training Execution: Conduct training and workshops to build product proficiency and live-streaming skills.
• Live-Streaming Standards Enhancement: Train MCs to highlight unique selling points (USPs), effectively communicate product quality, and maintain consistent sales pitching standards during live sessions.
• Internal MC Coaching and Training: Provide one-on-one and group guidance to MCs to ensure accurate and aligned messaging direction.
• Collaboration with the Live-Streaming Team: Coordinate closely to align training content with campaigns, featured products, and sales targets.
• KPI Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback, measure MC product presentation KPIs, and use real data to continuously improve the training curriculum.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Direct Experience: 3–5 years or more as an MC Training Supervisor, L&D Lead, or Senior Trainer, with a strong focus on products and live-streaming.
• Curriculum Design Capability: Proven ability to design training curricula and create end-to-end learning materials (not limited to slide creation).
• Instructional and Presentation Skills: Excellent facilitation and delivery skills for conducting workshops and training content across both online and offline channels.
• Platform Expertise: Highly proficient in live-streaming operations and sales systems on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
