Executive - Training

• Plan and conduct training programs for restaurant and support staff.
• Conduct induction and onboarding training for new joiners.
• Identify training needs based on employee performance and operational requirements.
• Develop and deliver training content, SOPs, and learning materials.
• Conduct training on product knowledge, customer service, hygiene, food safety, and operations.
• Conduct regular refresher and on-the-job training across outlets.
• Track training attendance, assessments, completion, and employee training records.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• Coordinate with HR and Operations to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
• Maintain training calendars, MIS, reports, and training documentation.
• Support implementation and adherence to SOPs and operational standards across outlets.
