Executive, Training

Job Descriptions :

• Design, prepare, and organize materials and resources for training programs, workshops, and events.

Trainer

• Facilitate and deliver a broad portfolio of training programs for both internal employees and any additional topics (eg: Mental Wellness, Healthy Eating, Leadership, Communication, Soft Skills etc) requested by corporate clients.

Projects involvement

• Translate business and project objectives into long-term training strategies and roadmaps
• Strategic and critical thinking: able to analyse project plans, spot gaps and risks early, and offer practical, well-reasoned recommendations before execution begins
• Review project plans, scopes, and timelines before execution to comment on capability readiness and training needs, and apply lessons learned to improve project processes and knowledge sharing

Job Requirement :

• Diploma in Pharmacy, Degree or Diploma in Nutritional or other relevant field OR with experience in similar capacity
