About the Role

Infusions Tech is looking for an Executive – UI/UX Designer to join our team and help design intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences for our clients across web and software projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces and experiences for websites, web apps, and software products
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation
• Conduct basic user research/testing to inform design decisions
• Maintain design consistency and contribute to internal design systems/guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX design
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work (must be submitted with application)
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design

Salary: BDT 20,000 – 30,000/month (based on experience and interview performance)
