The Jeffrey Cheah Performing Arts Centre is an upcoming landmark to serve as a premier venue for concerts, theatrical productions, and community events, thereby enhancing the cultural landscape of Sunway City and the broader Klang Valley region.

Role Overview:
The Venue Executive/Senior Executive oversees the day-to-day operations of the performing arts centre, ensuring excellent customer experience, efficient logistics, and venue readiness for all events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support front-of-house operations, including ushering, box office, security, and hospitality including F&B.
• Assist event front-of-house set-up, crowd flow, and audience safety protocols.
• Coordinate venue bookings and event calendars.
• Ensure cleanliness, accessibility, and overall facility readiness.
• Liaise with event organisers, production, and technical teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support administration of FOH staff scheduling, training, and performance.
• Abide by safety and facility management of venues including maintenance and inspections
• Support venue-related budget, expenditure and reporting
• Support FOH inventory

Requirements:

• Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in venue or event operations.
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple events and teams concurrently.
