Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President to provide strategic leadership across key business functions, drive sustainable growth, and strengthen operational performance. This role partners closely with senior leadership to execute business priorities, manage risk, and identify new opportunities for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities to expand revenue, strengthen client relationships, and improve market position.
• Oversee business performance, financial objectives, and key performance indicators.
• Partner with senior executives on risk management, governance, and organizational priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in financial services, banking, or a related industry.
• Proven experience leading teams, strategic initiatives, and business operations.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, risk management, and regulatory considerations.
• Excellent executive communication, decision-making, and relationship-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth and deliver measurable business results.

Pay: $283,796.39 - $407,045.11 per year
