Executive Vice President

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Vice President to lead our organization’s strategic direction and operational excellence. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the EVP will oversee critical business functions, shape strategic initiatives, and cultivate a high-performance culture that aligns with our mission to deliver exceptional value to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in business management, operational analysis, and executive leadership, inspiring teams to achieve ambitious goals through strategic planning and data-driven decision making.

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans that align with organizational goals, ensuring long-term growth and market competitiveness
• Lead operational excellence initiatives across all business units to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery
• Manage large-scale organizational change management efforts to adapt to evolving industry landscapes and internal transformation projects
• Oversee business development management efforts to identify new market opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and expand revenue streams
• Direct financial management activities including budget management, forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and operational budgeting at an executive level
• Implement process improvement strategies that streamline operations, improve productivity, and foster continuous innovation
• Lead senior leadership teams by providing clear guidance on project management, operational management, and strategic initiatives while promoting a collaborative culture

Experience

• Proven experience in executive leadership roles with a focus on business operations, strategic management, and organizational growth
• Demonstrated success in managing operational excellence initiatives and large-scale organizational change management projects
• Extensive background in business development management, including market expansion and partnership cultivation
• Strong skills in budget management, financial analysis, forecasting, and profit & loss oversight at an enterprise level
• Expertise in project management methodologies with a focus on process improvement and operational analysis
• Supervising experience leading diverse teams of senior leaders and managing cross-functional programs
• Excellent verbal communication skills with executives and stakeholders at all levels; ability to influence decision-making through data-driven insights

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
