Job Overview

Lemonway is seeking an experienced, strategically-minded Executive Vice President (EVP) to lead business operations, drive market expansion, and support the company's long-term growth. This executive will work closely with senior leadership to develop business strategy, optimize operational performance, and solidify the company's position in the fintech and digital payments industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with company objectives.

Oversee business operations, financial performance, and organizational efficiency.

Lead market expansion strategies and identify new business opportunities.

Work with senior leadership to develop operational and financial objectives.

Build strategic partnerships with financial institutions, payment service providers, and enterprise clients.

Drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and sustainable profitability.

Ensure effective risk management, compliance, and corporate governance.

Lead and mentor the senior management team while fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.

15+ years of leadership experience in financial services, fintech, or payments technology.

10+ years of senior management or executive leadership experience.

Exceptional track record in business development, strategic planning, and operational leadership.

Proficient in digital payments, financial regulations, and international business operations.

Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex business projects.

Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
