Executive VIP Chauffeur

PrivatPort New Zealand is seeking polished, professional and service-focused Executive VIP Chauffeurs to join our casual talent pool supporting our private aviation operations in Auckland.

This is a unique opportunity to work within the premium aviation environment, providing discreet, seamless and personalised ground transportation for VIP guests, executives, private aviation clients and other distinguished travellers.

As an Executive VIP Chauffeur, you will play an important part in the overall guest experience, providing more than just transportation. From the moment our guests arrive, you will ensure they receive a warm welcome, professional service and a safe, comfortable and effortless journey.

About the role

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing premium chauffeur and ground transportation services for VIP and executive guests
• Meeting and welcoming guests on arrival and assisting with a seamless transition from aircraft to vehicle
• Transporting guests safely and efficiently between Auckland Airport, hotels, businesses, private residences and other destinations
• Delivering consistently professional, discreet and personalised customer service
• Assisting guests with luggage and other reasonable requirements
• Maintaining presentation and cleanliness standards of assigned vehicles
• Planning routes and monitoring traffic conditions to ensure timely arrivals and departures
• Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when transporting high-profile or executive guests
• Coordinating closely with PrivatPort, aviation and operational teams to support flight movements and guest requirements
• Representing PrivatPort professionally at all times

About you

We are looking for individuals who understand that exceptional service is found in the details.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in executive driving, chauffeuring, luxury hospitality, aviation, tourism or premium customer service
• A professional and polished presentation
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• A calm, courteous and discreet approach
• Strong punctuality and reliability
• Excellent knowledge of Auckland and surrounding areas
• Confidence working with VIPs, executives and high-profile guests
• The ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Flexibility to work across varying hours based on private aircraft movements and guest requirements
• A strong commitment to safety and service excellence

Essential requirements

To be considered, you will need to:

• Hold a current and valid New Zealand driver licence appropriate for the role
• Have a strong and safe driving history
• Meet all applicable airport, security and pre-employment requirements
• Have the legal right to work in New Zealand
• Be available to work flexibly, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays where required
