Responsibilities

• Creative Content Production : Craft dynamic social media content, print materials, stickers, catalogs, brochures, client greeting cards, leaflets, and SBU-required designs.
• Multimedia & Motion Graphics : Handle complex photo manipulation, AVs (Audio Visuals), OVCs (Online Video Commercials), motion graphics, and informational animations.
• Brand Strategy & Layout Design : Illustrate abstract concepts by designing complete art layouts, ensuring rigorous attention to structural arrangement, sizing, typography, styling, and cohesive aesthetic elements. Analyze emerging market trends to continually refresh the company’s branding.
• Multi-SBU Support : Conduct custom photography and videography for all Strategic Business Units (SBUs). Provide end-to-end support for product packaging, including label designs, product boxes, gift boxes, and realistic product mockups.
• Operational Duties : Manage external production and printing vendors to ensure quality execution. Fulfill any additional tasks assigned by the departmental head or supervisor.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Fine Arts, Digital Communication background will get preference

Required Skills

• Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years in a similar role.

Functional Skill Requirements:

• Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Adobe InDesign & Sketch
• Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
• Video creation using Microsoft PowerPoint

Soft Skill Requirements:

• Strong graphic design capabilities & creativity
• High attention to detail & acute visual perception
