• B&M Store Operation:**
• Oversee the operations of nationwide directly operated stores and achieve annual targets by tracking with monthly & weekly base.
• Manage store staff recruitment and on-going training.
• Identify issues through daily store visits, collaborate with store managers to implement improvements, and enhance the customer retail experience.
• Maintain close collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure accurate sales reporting and follow up on actions to improve sales performance and resolve issues.
• Manage visual merchandising to ensure compliance with the company’s latest guidelines and follow with seasonal GTM calendar.
• Work with the merchandising & marketing team to efficiently execute seasonal campaigns, retail promotions, and other activities.
• PSS Mono Store Operation:**
• Assist in the operations of nationwide wholesale partner mono stores to help achieve annual targets by tracking with monthly & weekly base.
• Conduct staff training for new store openings and on-going seasonal new product training.
• Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to complete store setups for new openings, and follow the on-going GTM calendar.
• Identify issues through daily store visits, work with wholesale partner brand and store managers to implement improvements, and enhance the customer retail experience.
• Requirements:**
• Minimum 5 years of retail operations management experience, with familiarity in retail store operations. Store manager working experience is must.
• Preference the candidates with experience in the apparel industry, eg. outdoor sports industry.
• Willingness to travel and work in the weekend.
• Strong communication skills, excellent project execution ability, and solid data compilation and analysis skills. Keen sense of retail operations, service-oriented mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent English both oral and paperwork will be preferable.
