Executive/Assistant Manager

Responsibility 1. Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the quality head. 2.Review SFQP records, inspection reports, quality documents, and ensure compliance without deviations. 3. Technical review of material test report / MTC/Checklist. 4. Skill development of supervisor /engineer through regular quality induction training 5. Attending customer quality audit by internal /external parties 6.Handling the customer query relevant to the SFQP 7. Conduct/witness of the material testing at third party laboratory. 8. Preparation & updating of quality record. 9. Regular monitoring of the field quality by site visit. 10. Implementation of good practices at project site. 11. Identification of root cause for quality deviation in the project. 12. Participating in meetings and attending awareness and other training initiatives. 13. Establishing professional relationships with client /customer 14.Preparation & updating of MIS. 15. Coordination for quality audit compliances 16. Identification of construction material sources and approval 17. Letter drafting and communication with client
