Majesto Limited is looking for some potential QA executives who have strong knowledge in different kind of furniture such as Wood, Ply, MDF, Metal, Aluminum & Plastic as well.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming quality inspection of raw materials, components, fittings and accessories.
• Perform in-process inspections at different stages of furniture manufacturing.
• Conduct final quality inspections before finished products are transferred to the warehouse or dispatched.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, defect records, rejection reports, and quality documentation.
• Identify quality problems, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Production, R&D/Product Development, SCM/Purchase, and other relevant departments to resolve quality issues.
• Verify products against approved drawings, samples, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor rework, rejection, wastage, and recurring defects and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company quality procedures, safety requirements, and applicable product standards.
• Assist in developing quality inspection checklists, SOPs, acceptance criteria, and testing procedures.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and traceability of inspected and rejected materials.
• Submit regular quality performance reports to the reporting authority.

• Experience: 3-7 years

• Skills: quality inspection, knowledge of quality control, quality management, supplier quality management, quality assurance, quality management software, supplier quality, quality control procedures
