Role & responsibilities:

• Vendor Management: Identified, evaluated, and negotiated with suppliers to ensure quality goods and services.
• Purchase Planning: Developed and executed purchase plans based on production schedules, inventory levels.
• Order Processing: Managed purchase orders, tracked deliveries, and ensured timely receipt of materials.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintained accurate procurement records, ensured adherence to company policies, and complied with statutory requirements.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborated with production, finance, and logistics teams to streamline supply chain operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience of 3 to 5 years with operations, planning and forecasting
• Knowledge in the use of computer software, such as spreadsheet applications (i.e., Microsoft Excel) for data analysis is preferred.
