Executive/Officer, Warehouse (Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

• To assist Supply Chain Manager analyzing overall operation activities and identifying area for continuous improvement.
• To assist Supply Chain Manager preparing report, maintaining records & updating ISO documents.
• To oversee daily operations to ensure that policies & procedure are followed, targets are met & services are provided efficiently.
• To understand and comply with company policies and directives.
• Responsible effective operation in warehouse.
• To ensure all activities are performed and adhered to standard procedures, GMP, company rules and regulations.
• To maintain safety, security and good housekeeping at the warehouse.
• To take part in complaints, investigation and preventive action.
• Performing other duties or project as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent with 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry.
• Good communication in English and Malay with ability to communicate in Chinese and other dialect would be added advantage.
• Must be self-starter, strongly motivated, result-oriented, and multi-tasking.
• Good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, mature and an excellent team player with good leadership.
• Be resourceful, dynamic, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to lead and supervise a team.
• Good working attitude & strong responsibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
