Join a leading institution's advancement office and play a key role in supporting fundraising and donor engagement efforts. This role suits someone meticulous, organised, and comfortable working with data and numbers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and classify donations in the database, ensuring compliance with donor intent
• Generate and send timely acknowledgment/thank-you letters to donors, enhancing satisfaction and engagement
• Maintain and update donor records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Work closely with fundraising teams to support campaigns and initiatives, and help improve internal processes to meet fundraising needs
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and data security protocols

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma
• Meticulous with good organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in handling data and numbers
• Good proficiency in MS Excel and data management systems
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders
• Able to multi-task and deliver with quality and timeliness in a fast-paced environment

Duration: 6 months, renewable
